I also think that most people try to avoid going out to the track when its rainy and wet. So I'm not sure ho woften it would be an issue if the NSX is purposed as a track car.

If the video is correct, both brake pads produce around the same amount of dust but one is just more visible than the other. I also found that metallic brake pads will lose friction when overheated while the ceramic is more stable over a wider range of temperatures. Not sure any of the reviews have covered this so far so we don't know if Acura factored this in.

The video is informative, though things most knew already, and a good refresh. Unfortunately it doesn't speak to the actual question raised since it discusses dusting relative to ceramic Pads on iron/steel rotors. The question raised is how do ceramic Rotors and their mating pads dust ... or not compared to Iron/steel rotors. Does anyone have actual info ( tests being best vs opinions) to answer that?

Don't have direct experience with CCBs, but found this thread that talks about cleaning wheels with CCBs.

clean/seal wheels advice for carbon ceramic brakes?

It seems that they do dust much less than typical performance pads. However, if you coat your wheels with something like Cquartz, it should make the wheels much easier to keep clean. Although personally, if I could afford the CCBs, I would get them for the bling factor. And the choice of coloured calipers. **** it, I want red calipers, it is a must in my book.
