Shawn Exactly that ^ It's not something that's low risk of happening, it's something that just wont. This isn't a low-regular budget "race team" that throws together a car, builds it, and races it. This is a different vibe altogether when it comes to manufacturers bringing their vehicles to compete.

|\|SX Fact is, it wouldn't happen, way too much going on that ensures an ideal outcome and anyone that can't realize it hasn't seen enough of the automotive industry on a level like this.

RedNSX I think crashing or driving off the edge is more likely to happen to the other vehicles than the NSX. The car's 4 motors will do it's best to straighten the vehicle out to prevent those situations.

NightWing The media would have definitely gone insane. Especially because them bringing not one, but 3 NSXs to the event was a spectacle enough. It would have been pretty bad, not horrible, but pretty bad if something like that would have happened.

1fastAcura The media would have a field day if the NSX crashed and maybe even put some buyers off from taking any further action.

jdmnsx Well it helps that this is a brand new car with a good driving, all coming from a car maker, so you can expect the most ideal outcome. The same can't be said for something for something that was done by a small team or an individual.

FastAndFurious Glad the NSX came out in one piece and actually won too. A lot can happen and has happened on that mountain, mostly to motorcyclists but cars do see their fair share of accidents too. The climb is not something I would personally go on at high speeds but it'd make for a great ride at very reasonable speeds, especially at those uphill turns where all you see if the sky.

NightWing It's definitely a spectacle to watch. These guys, even the drivers down at the Isle of Man TT. Pushing all out, straight to the end. Have definitely seen videos of drivers falling down the cliff though, and it's horrifying.

It is and im sure these guys have been around it many times in different vehicles, only way to really push a car since you already know what to expect and when. I'm sure after a number of times on the same track you'll pull off some times that will even surprise you.
