1fastAcura Exactly, it's another thing that makes you wonder about gas mileage, since for the average person that can't afford an NSX but rather some compact, that matters a lot. But in this case it all comes down to what performs better and offers a better overall driving experience.

Real world results is where its at for me.

Hopefully these guys do a follow up review with an NSX from a real owner.
Was reading about the life of a press car and it's amazing the lengths a manufacturer would go through to deliver a perfect test vehicle to journalists and reviewers. What people experience with a press vehicle could be completely different from what an owner will experience.

NightWing Or maybe Super Speeders Rob will get one to match the older NSX he bought ? That would be cool ...

Shawn We just have to wait for a real owner to come around and make a video. Seen guys like SOL on youtube talking about his running costs and what not when he had his R8

RedNSX I feel like the acceleration time of this video may be higher than what an owner can potentially get depending on how you drive and if there's an extra person in the car.

FastAndFurious Those using the NSX as their daily drive will stick to the suggested octane level but for those who wants to shave off even a second off their time would go the extra mile and get a few body mods along with higher octane fuel.

|\|SX overall I think most people will stick with what's recommended for the vehicle and you really can't go wrong with that. For most, the slight bit of gain in performance won't make a difference. After all, just look where most vehicles are driven.

Shawn No ... it's because everyone knows when you put 110 octane or C16 in your gas tank, your car automatically because a race car. What could possibly go wrong with that ?! My buddies friend did it and he gained quite a few seconds off of his quarter-mile that he timed with his stop-watch and odometer.

NightWing Because everyone wants to be the next premier performance engineer. That and a lot of people get over run by placebo effects
