RedNSX Anyone think the illuminated door sills will have the NSX letters on it? If it just has Acura then I may as well go Diy with it for an aftermarket set.

Gadgetman For my taste those are just a bit too busy. IMHO
Plus, pending how the pads dust.. they could become a pain to keep clean (all those small collection voids) else look poor.
Lastly, they may right size ... but hole pattern, offset, and hub centric dimension may be ACURA quite unique (due to hyper drivetrain a suspension needs which aftermarket needs to match. I'd suspect few will want meet that until there are enough prospective buyers. again IMHO

RedNSX The optional wheel would look better in black or on the black NSX. Anywhere else and it doesn't look as nice as the stock ones.

TimberWolf Both wheel options are forged. They are just different styling. All I can say is, thank god the Y-spoke wheels are standard.

Standard: Simply beautiful and perfectly fitting for the NSX.

Optional: Too "blingy" and ugly.

Superfluous I question the accuracy of the $12,300 upcharge for "forged" wheels. The "standard" wheels for the new NSX are "forged":

Acura | Press Releases Article | Acura.com

"Wheels/Tires
The standard wheel design package for the new NSX includes lightweight alloy wheels with "Y"-style spokes wrapped in Continental Conti-Sport Contact 5P tires (245/35ZR19 front; 305/30ZR20 rear) developed jointly with Continental.

The unique "Y-wheel" design is a result of the NSX engineering team's extensive research to find the strongest spoke structure while using the least amount of material in order to save unspring weight. Forged in high-strength aluminum, the result is a weight savings of nearly 7 pounds per set and lower total weight than any wheels of similar size and material composition within the NSX's segment.

Additional wheel/tire options, including a track-focused tire, will be available."

Moreover:

"Front Wheels 19x8.5J Forged Aluminum
Front Tires 245/35ZR19 93Y SOT
Rear Wheels 20x11J Forged Aluminum
Rear Tires 305/30ZR20 103Y SOT"

Frankly, a $12,300 upcharge for forged wheels would be nonsensical.

|\|SX Anyone looking for what may be cheaper, Vossen rolled out new wheels, starting to think these will look good on the NSX:
