1fastAcura Acura will only achieve that if they can get these to sell in the volume they're looking for, if not then it will be a tough game to justify since they haven't shown a willingness to pump money into a cool low volume product to that extent.

FastAndFurious I think Acura would have gone through a few subtle changes, then give the NSX a large update in terms of performance and looks, then gone back to subtle changes until another huge update is needed.

Now that is an interesting thought. Would it have been as expensive and as technologically advanced, or would it just go through subtle changes throughout the year like say a Corvette or something until now.

RedNSX If honda/acura keeps at the NSX and continues to refine it throughout the years, maybe they'll get to where the 911 is sitting. Also makes me wonder what we could have had right now if they never stopped improving and producing the first gen NSX.

NightWing That and it helps vastly that the trim levels and performance variants are nothing short of ideal. You're left with a range of vehicles to suit different preferences so it's really a sit back and take your pick kind of situation.

|\|SX Well, it's easy to point at the 911 and say it's just about the best in the game, when your making the same vehicle for 30+ years consistently you eventually get to a point what you offer is unmatched. Even with all the options people have these days, 911 is still the answer, as long as Porsche keeps adding and improving to it at the rate they have and continue to, it will almost always be the answer.

RedNSX I won't be surprised if most people thinks the 911 is better, but they don't take into account the NSX's instant torque, fuel economy, great power and beat a few other super cars that cost more in a shootout, and really it seems like the people who are dead set against it are in a sort of herd mentality.

The NSX looks good, sounds good, year it's a little piggy but still great performance.
