maybe they discovered some things a CPU or two had to function put too much of a load on it, so dedicating another 1-2 was the solution.

who knows, this might be something we see more of in future production years as they further refine the CPU's as they see a need.

When there are so many computers involved, I get a little concerned about issues. Just seems like auto mechanics might not have all the knowledge to fix things up easily.

Is anyone else at all concerned about that?

I assume the auto mechanics will be trained and provided with the proper tools to fix these CPU problems. Or at least most of them but if there's a factory glitch somewhere, I'm sure Acura will enact a recall.

Main concern I would have is if something malfunctioned while you're driving around. Maybe the CPU tells the NSX to suddenly brake. But that's like a worse case scenario. Acura had years to perfect the NSX.

They did, but problems could still happen. Vehicle hacking is a potential issue, though you would need someone with intent to harm you for that to really be a danger.

Nah, not worried about hacking. Hackers like Miller and Valasek are helping auto companies plug up those vulnerabilities.
More worried about those CPUs malfunctioning than getting hacked.
