I can see how that could work, being a full roof setup that funnels air right through, shooting it into where vents lead into the engine area. Then you typically have air running through those vents with an exit point at the bottom of the car, so it could kill 2 bird with one stone.

From what I've been seeing about them, they create drag as well, downforce isn't what they're meant for

It will as long as its designed right, but there might be a small amount of owners that care for specifics like that, as long as it looks the part then chances are people will buy into it, much like many others do.

Lol buying something that looks the part but does nothing is pointless. But you're right, unfortunately chances are people will end up buying into it

The Tokyo trend seems to be unnecessarily large rear wings and fender flares. We'll most likely see those two things on the NSX once a Japanese modder gets their hands on one.

Riveted on flares and huge wings ... It's rare to see a proper clean build now a days

There were two clean looking Lambo near the end of the video. It's really down to what the customer wants and riveted flares seems to be the demand in Japan.

They looked pretty much stock but they were nice. I wouldn't say the demand for riveted flares is in Japan only though, Everyone across NA is on that bandwagon too.

I'm all for putting your individual mark on your won vehicles, give them a bit of personality but that leopard print one is so ugly.
