NSX Cupholders

This isn't really at the forefront of our minds when buying a car, but the NSX does come with cup-holders unlike the first-gen NSX.
They kind of jut out into the passenger seat but at least it's removable.

This is the slot where the cup holders fit.

The main thing is that it's removable.. not too sure how effective they would be but eh.. it's there. Where would you put it after you remove the cup holder part though ?

Well for what people mostly put in them its good enough. The main this is depth and how sturdy it is which from a photo the latter can't be figured out. Fortunately they placed it in an area people don't look at, it's not an eye sore, not after thought looking.

I wouldn't know how sturdy that holder is with two full cups and I'm not sure if anyone here will be taking the risk of something spilling onto the passenger seat.

From the looks of it I would only put coffee cups in their, anything taller and it could be a problem, definitely no 7/11 big gulp. With water I have no chance the Fiji, Evian, Icelandic, etc water I drink come in bigger bottles or non traditional bottles, those would lay on my passenger seat.

It definitely looks better than the one in the Porsche 911 Targa 4S. That holder is so shallow, I wouldn't put anything but a sealed bottle there.

Sealed is the only way I go with cars like this. When it comes to my daily, a 2010 Acura TL, then I really don't care. Spilling water vs spilling coffee on the interior of these... i prefer water.

Ultimately we should avoid anything but water in these. But there are ways to prevent to lessen the impact of stains on seat fabric, carpet, etc.

This makes me wonder what other little accessories the NSX comes with or what other little features it has that we're not aware of.

Ultimately we should avoid anything falling in these lol. I think they look pretty darn sketchy so sealed bottle on the passenger seat it is.
