Acura is currently going through a period of redefining their design language, so sales may be slow now, but hopefully what Acura has cooking will be just the thing to get things going again.

That is sad for the Acura market... hopefully with the NSX, it'll rise back up or use that as a come back. In the meanwhile, Honda has been stepping their game with the newer models, very excited for both dealers to launch their new edition soon.

Acura needs to reworks their large volume models and make them more appealing. Maybe it's a design problem or their marketing for those models just isn't working. The NSX will draw people's attention to Acura but they need to keep it there.

Honda is accomplishing that with their new line of Civic, Acura not so much.

Yea Acura needs to do some serious work on their current ones... I'm not a big fan on them now.. NSX is definitely going to be a big hit for them (on a positive side).

Maybe that's why they're talking about the NSX GT3?

The NSX GT3 won't be going on sale since it was designed as a one off for racing. More likely to see a comeback vehicle in the redesigned MDX Acura has just released. The MDX is the company's biggest volume seller.

They can always take the angle Porsche did with the 911 and offer a road going GT3 model, but that will depend largely on demand of the NSX as we currently know it more than anything, i'm sure that was the case with the 911 before they first offered a GT3 model.
