NSX Project Leader Interview

I think this is from Honda Japan's youtube channel. They interviewed the NSX project leader and talked about the SWD system.

Now that's the sort of content that helps us as owners since there are few ways to put what he was talking about into a visual. Seeing how complex the systems were, if this was any other car maker I would be concerned about reliability. As late to the game Acura/Honda can be, when they deliver, it's quality

Loved the visuals. He is a very talented speaker as well though. Very descriptive in the sense that you can visualize what hes saying without even really needing to see anything on video. Very well done.

Yeah but in this case it helps to have visuals like what's being presented since you can't exactly illustrate it in your mind due to the complexities, placement of components, how they function, etc.

The visuals when he describers the SH-AWD system does help illustrate where power is sent when cornering and it's interesting to see how one wheel was regenerating the battery before going into the turn.

Most definitely, visuals help in any possible case to be real. The one wheel regenerating whilst the other was in power was really interesting to see though.

Plus with this tech being a first for a lot of people, they don't have a reference point, nothing to say "Oh, it's just like ____ and ____"

Now Acura needs to rinse, wash, repeat this into other areas of the NSX
