Leather cleaner is definitely going to be your bestfriend lol. My advice would be to apply some sort of protectant on it at least just to make life easier.

Good idea Shawn, I'm not too sure which one to apply though. I did that on the leather of my other car and it turned it colors in a couple small areas. Wasn't too happy w that. Any recs?

Just make sure that what ever product you use on the leather that you apply light coats, that way you can adjust to how long you want to wait till the seat is dry again. Some of these products can take a while to dry depending on how much you applied.

I've heard of people using Leatherique and Meguiar's. The latter seeming to be the more popular suggestion.

Meguiars is definitely almost always the most suggested brand. They've started in like 1901 according to their site lol. That being said, they not only have the history, but they have some really good products that I myself have stood by for years and years.

it's a good brand no doubt and it's better than using nothing at all but of course you will always find people that have a preference towards something especially in a market when you have 30+ brands offering the same product. really, you just need to pick SOMETHING and then follow through with the right procedure for working with that product.

Pretty much. Be consistent, maintain protection, and you'll be good. Not too difficult lol but people just get lazy and forgetful.
