"F1 Feeling" Brakes

Fernando Alfonso, McLaren Formula One driver, got to drive the 2017 Acura NSX around Estoril. He definitely had some good comments on it. In the video below you also get a feel of the exhaust noise inside of the cabin, although it is pretty crummy sound quality.
“In terms of driving what really has surprised me are the brakes—the feelings are not so far from what we feel driving in F1,” he said.
“Driving the NSX is softer and sweeter than an F1 car because you are not searching for every little fraction of an inch, as you do in races,” Alonso said at the event. “It is like the difference between artistic drawing and technical drawing.”
Below that there is also a more professional video of Stoffel Vandoorne, McLaren reserve driver, giving his opinions and some footage of the NSX on the track.

What brakes do the Honda McLaren F1 race cars use for the NSX to feel similar? I know the carbon ceramic rotors will have a lot of bite but didn't know it had that much.

Lighter wheels would help a bit since its less rotating weight that has to come to a stop, so carbon fiber wheels will be a good (although expensive) option for those serious about performance. Finding ways to better ventilate it helps too, the cooler they can run the better they will be at staying consistent and not fading.

It's probably the braking dynamics that's really related to the F1 cars. Like the instant brake grab when you step on the pedal, no play expansion felt throughout the system
