MotorWeek talks NSX Performance

MotorWeek got some track time on the new NSX and had a lot of positive and valuable things to say, all focused around on performance features. It's just about the only review out their that packs in this much information about performance in the shortest amount of time:

They made a really good point about how all the high tech performance features come together very smoothly, but the real test will be how it holds up over the long haul as people break in these systems and put them through their paces, the last thing we want is an unreliable vehicle. After all it's meant to be an everyday sports car/supercar.

I thought all NSX would have already been broken into at the factory so you shouldn't see any changes even after driving around in one for a while.

Looking into it more, they do apparently do a factory break in, or something of some sort that requires no effort on our part. What we can do is over time keep an eye on how things hold up since this is a techy combination of things all coming together....always that chance something will go wrong.

Most of the time, things go wrong in the first year of ownership and that time period should be covered by the factory warranty. Factory break in is great for getting an accurate fuel economy number right out the gate but I guess they can't account for everyone's style of driving.
