Most of the reviews aren't a fan of the exhaust note. Maybe Armytrix will come out with something like a muffler. They're known for their obnoxiously loud exhausts.

Armytrix seems to favor imports more than Asian models but their interest in developing an exhaust for the NSX will be heavily dependent on how many of them Acura sells.

Are Asian models not imports?

Volume of buyers matter to an extent but it really comes down to how much they can make, if they'll be in profit at the end. Plus at this rate they're at, there's likely to be more motivations joining those fundamentals.

It's mostly going to depend on how many NSx are sold and if we want their exhaust. Some may be happy with the stock and some may be like the reviewer who wants more sound.

Armytrix seems to deal with mostly German and Italian cars but maybe they'll expand on Honda. So far, they only have an exhaust for the Type R.

Indeed. We'll have to keep an eye out for what shows up, even teased and hopefully we get some hints on social media from brands like Armytrix, just have to deal with the long process of waiting.

My guess is at the earliest, a few months from the time people take delivery of NSX's, hints and teasers should start to drop.

Too bad launch control has a preset rpm. The V6 has the potential to spin the tires above that for a massive launch.

I feel like that's not something you can modify without rewriting a bit of code in the car and that's generally not something you should be touching. Not even sure tuners can do something about it.

Unless someone comes out with a launch controller that lets you fine tune where you rather have the launch placed at, but that I have a feeling will be something owners will be discouraged from doing. I could be wrong though.

A simple ecm tune will allow you to change the launch control parameters. A secondary launch controller or 2-step is really obsolete at this point in time with the capabilities we have in performance tuning

Good point, that's the great thing about some new vehicles these days and the way the rest of them are going to be, more tuning with OEM systems rather than having to rely on entire aftermarket setups.
