Chasing the NSX in an RS4, blows a tire

Just came across this video of a guy that decides to try to keep up with an NSX on some twisty roads. Didn't go so well for him.

Beats wiping out on those roads which I have a feeling he would have done if it wasn't for that tire going out, car gods were probably up their watching.

Was it worth it for him? Probably. Feel a bit bad for his girlfriend but funny to watch him try to keep up and then popping a tire. Apparently the NSX could have gone up that road faster and probably could have stayed between the lines too.

Fun to see a road race like that. Tire popping or not, the NSX was always going to win that.

Apparently, the Audi driver wasn't that good of a driver to begin with. Seems to have sped up while going into a corner.

Well of course he wouldn't be able to keep up. The NSX has superior handling and power compared to his RS4. Just surprised that he didn't give up until a tire popped which makes me question the quality of it.

exactly those audi's are more for straight line fun, just a ton of power in those RS models and not nearly enough nimblesness to get around the turns. It's also a good example to those that want to see where the NSX can shine, somewhere a high power and high torque vehicle can't.

On the highway it will be a different story.

Well most of the reviews we've already read has said that the NSX is a fun car for curvy roads so that one was in its element.

Of course, it surely won't outshine the rest in a straight line, that's not how it works. Curvy winding roads are where it lives.

the NSX test driver was probably having a good laugh while the RS4 was trying to chase them down.
