It could be that Road and Track was trying to be nicer to the NSX in its review for whatever reason. You don't make friends by writing scathing reviews.

a natural consequence of electric torque coursing through the front axles...

Thanks fro clarifying that. According to motor authority it should be fixed in the Sport Plus or Track modes of the NSX.

I think that makes sense. Some people may not be used to driving a sports car, so having a mode that has under steer will probably be nice for people who like to drive the NSX, but aren't really needing it to be calibrated to be a sports car/ race car/ super car.

Has the NSX performance numbers come out yet? They said that there wasn't any in the review but that was in October 26.

Last reference to power that i have seen mentioned it's expected to be over 550hp, not sure about torque, but with those electric motors it should be good.

Pretty sure it is 500 hp usually, and 550 hp or 570 hp in the hybrid drive mode.

Indeed, only so much that engine can put out on it's own, might even be a higher figure for what amount of power the electric part puts out.

That's not bad at all, hopefully the sort of power which will keep it in line with the competition. But how it delivers that power is what's going to matter most here.
