More than likely parts of the body was designed for cooling of the brakes. Some car makers really focus on that and this being a car build for speed, you can bet that's what they've done.

But it also comes down to material since some get rid of heat faster than others.

The main thing is, this car is being developed for race purposes. Competition. Meaning, they're going to do everything they can that can reduce the time needed to change parts or even get parts to perform a lot more optimal. Guaranteed this will have brake ducts if not a more elaborate way of getting the job done
