2016 Acura NSX Rendered as Le Mans Racecar

Potential Street-Legal Type R ?

What IF this was possible:

Although, I'm not quite digging the style of the front design...

Quote:

"Since the standard car already packs north of 550 hp from a twin-turbo V6 and three electric motors, we’re expecting the Type R to go a little deeper than a simple sharpening up job for the all-wheel drive supercar."

Too angular and don't see the need for a fin smack dab in the middle of the roof. Don't really think the air filter should be out in the open like that either unless that's just a protective plate.

Just not my cup of tea and truthfully, it looks like a transformer.

Well if you compare this to what was seen in Type R's of the past and develop a real understanding for what the criteria is, then this is rendered irrelevant.

This rendering is much more inline with NSX Type R expectations. Then you have industry expectations:

Seems like there is a lot of extra stuff added here. So much that it can't actually be good for performance.
